PN-CT50KCF-PC Box Compression Tester

PN-CT50KCF-PC box compression tester is a box compression tester with computer software. It has various parameter testing and display functions included in national standards. The test process displays the force value in real time and the measured values are compared in form of histogram and graph. It can perform functions such as data query, graphic comparison, and report output according to various conditions, which is convenient to operate.
This testing machine is driven by high-precision servo motor, which can realize high-speed and high-precision positioning control. The return speed is up to 250mm/ min, and the positioning accuracy is up to 1mm. In terms of force value detection, four high-precision force value sensors and high-speed and high-precision AD converters are equipped with unique sampling algorithms to ensure real-time sampling and accuracy, improving the measurement accuracy of the testing machine. The structure uses a double-lead screw and four guide post type, which is mainly composed of a driving device, a transmission device, a force applying device, and a safety protection device.
